While working in the Title and Escrow business I earned my California Real Estate License in 1979 in Los Gatos.  After taking time raising family in the 80's and 90's I began selling real estate as a Full-time Professional Realtor in 1993 in South Lake Tahoe...in the snow...when we barely had computers and keys for listed homes had to be picked up and returned to the real estate offices after showings.  Whew!

Technology has improved so many aspects of selling real estate and has empowered the homebuyer yet I love one-on-one home-hunting and being a part of my client's moves.  

2010 is still a challenging time in the USA and my challenge is to work together with my clients to negotiate the best solutions to their needs when buying and selling a home whether it is the loans or the leaky faucet.
